About the service
Coffee Life Balance is a specialty coffee guide operated under the MindPathLabs name. These terms describe use of our app and public pages. Questions, account requests, and copyright reports can be sent to mindpathbi@proton.me.
The app is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above. Younger users should not create an account. If you are a minor, obtain any permission required by the law that applies to you.
Accounts and choices
You can browse without an account. Signing in enables private saving and sync. Keep access to your sign-in provider secure and use only accounts you are authorized to use. Location permission and reminders are optional. To delete your account, open You, then Privacy, and choose Delete account; see Privacy Policy and Support for data handling and recovery requests.
Using the guide
Venue details, hours, addresses, photos, and reviews may change or contain errors. Confirm important details with the venue before traveling. Recommendations are informational, not a guarantee of opening hours, availability, accessibility, or service quality. Follow local rules and use navigation safely.
Ordinary passport progress, rankings and historical rehearsal rewards do not grant a physical benefit. Published campaigns have separate rules describing eligible visits, approval, dates and any confirmed reward. Joining a reward campaign reserves one unit of the selected offer until its stated redemption deadline. Joining a passport-only campaign does not promise a gift. Pausing new reservations preserves existing commitments; redemption requires authorized staff confirmation. A café listing does not imply sponsorship. The current app does not sell subscriptions or accept payments.

Reviewed check-ins
Every new check-in requires an in-app camera photo, fresh accurate location and your explicit submission for administrator review. Pending or rejected submissions grant no progress. An approved ordinary check-in records a visit and can update passport, streak, challenge and trail progress; campaign rewards still require their separate rules and evidence. Photo and location support a visit review and do not prove a purchase. We may reject incomplete, reused or inconsistent evidence. Browsing does not require submitting this evidence.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of photos and notes you upload. Upload only material you own or are authorized to use, and do not include another person's private information without permission. You permit us and our service providers to store, process, and display your content to you as needed to operate your private account and sync it across your devices. When you explicitly submit check-in or campaign evidence, you also permit authorized administrators to review that evidence, including the photo and reported location for the relevant visit or stamp eligibility. This permission does not authorize public advertising use of your uploads.
Do not attempt to access another person's account, bypass security, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or infringing content. Personal gallery photos and notes are owner-only; explicitly submitted check-in and campaign evidence is also accessible to authorized reviewers; sharing through your device's share sheet is your decision. Coffee Walk sharing preserves cafe stop order and can optionally include a chosen starting point. Only share a starting point you are comfortable making visible to anyone with the link. Check current opening hours, route conditions, and accessibility before walking. Suitability labels reflect a cited editorial verification and may change; they do not guarantee seating, Wi-Fi, laptop permission, or availability. Admin challenges and goals count eligible check-ins and do not promise prizes unless separate published rules explicitly say so.
App content, links, and license
App design, editorial material, venue photographs, and marks belong to their respective rights holders. Their appearance in the guide does not give permission to republish them. Contact us to report an error or rights issue, identifying the material and your relationship to it.
Apple, Google, Instagram, Waze, venues, and other external services have their own terms. We do not operate those services. When the app is downloaded from the App Store, the application license is subject to Apple's Standard EULA unless a custom license is supplied in the store listing. These service terms do not replace that license.
Availability, rights, and changes
Features and catalog entries may change, and internet or provider outages may interrupt sync. We do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free information. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Material changes will be reflected in the date on this page and described in app release notes where relevant. If you no longer wish to use the service, you can stop using it and request account deletion. Contact us with unresolved service or privacy concerns.
